I'm Gerson Bradford, a freelance filmmaker/videographer, editor, visual effects artist, motion graphic designer and a sound engineer with more than 6 years experience in the digital film industry.

Expecting to Graduate from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Bachelors in DFVP in December 2011. My current GPA is 3.9. I also very efficient in visual effects and motion graphics.

Currently I am working on several projects, mainly freelance, graphic design, music videos and short films and sound recording and mixing. If you're looking for a hard working, creative, skilled and very down-to-earth digital filmmaker and a visual effects artist, you need look no further!

Not being intimately familiar with video production and visual effects technology, when the opportunity to return to college presented itself I followed my dream.

With the great strides in Internet Technology and available broadband internet, many of my long nurtured talents in video editing and visual effects, are becoming more and more useful on the web.

Tesla

This bumper was created for TESLA, a non-profit organization. I used After Effects CS5, Final Cut Pro 7, and Protools 8 for sound editing.

No Escape

NO ESCAPE, written by filmmaker/actor Nick Dronick. Adaptation by Daniel Pennigton. "Nick is starring in my new film FORESEEING coming soon." I worked on the editing, visual effects, sound, graphics, color correction, camera, titles, and co-direct. We used my equipment.

About 2 years ago, a concept kept recurring which led me to create this video promoting sneakers. Since I wear Nike I decided to go with the brand even though I didn't have product endorsement

PSA

While driving one day, I observed a woman smoking in her car, while her two children were riding in the back seat. The car appeared to be a steam room.

How to Groom a Horse

This video demonstrates the simple steps an individual needs to follow in order to groom a horse properly. It's intended for people who have no experience with horses and their care.

Music Video

"LOVE", a single music video, was created for a local band. I used, for creating the visual effects and editing, After Effects, Boujou and Avid Media Composer 5.

Graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in DFVP (Digital Film and Video Production), with honors.

2004-2008
